To Celebrate: We are celebrating the opening of our new 0-5 center, which is our new model.
Southern Oregon Head Start has been around for over 50 years preparing children for school and beyond. PELC has been in the planning, building and then final phase for the last 2 years. We are happy to announce the opening of our new 0-5 model of Head Start for families in our valley. We look forward to serving children 0-5, and the entire family nucleus.
