Central Point, OR- Grange Co-op presented the 4G Foundation, based in Yuba City California, a check for over $24,000 to assist with relief efforts for victims of the Camp Fire in Paradise, California. The 4G Foundation helped support the Carr fire in Redding, California this past summer and quickly joined in offering support to those affected by the Camp Fire in Paradise. These funds were raised by our generous customers from all 7 of our retail locations.

Grange Co-op in Yuba City, located approximately one hour south of Paradise, first initiated an option for customers to donate at point of sale within 24 hours of the fire starting. Grange Co-op quickly saw requests from its stores in Oregon to help with donations, both in products and cash donations. Our Oregon stores quickly joined efforts to support and help those in Paradise.

Within a few weeks our generous customers had donated over $24,000. “It is incredible to see how much was raised, we are really happy to be able to help families affected by this terrible fire. We think it really speaks to how generous our customers are and it was amazing to see a large amount of support came from our stores in Oregon, not just from our California store,” stated Robby Jellsey, Grange Co-op Store Manager in Yuba City.

Grange Co-op would like to thank its customers for the overwhelming support it has received during this tragedy in California. We understand customers are the most important asset to a company, our customers represent the values and mission at Grange Co-op. We are proud to have such generous customers that care so much about both the communities they live in as well as the ones that are in desperate need.
